TITLE:  Marketing Communications Coordinator
LOCATION:  Carrollton, TX

Position Overview

This integral role will serve as the key point of contact for all marketing communications and lead communications with internal and external stakeholders, as well as help to drive new and ongoing projects to completion. Executes various marketing tasks and even gets to throw a party or two! Marketing Communications

● Coordinate, compose, and edit content for monthly internal newsletter
● Serve as the Marketing point of contact for internal and external communications
● Deliver digital assets when requested by retailers, specialty accounts, or marketing


● Assist in the planning and execution of sales meetings, luncheons, events, and trainings
● Conduct research when needed and execute a variety of administrative tasks across all departments
● Assist in the development and implementation of brand collaborations and professional and college sports team partnership programs, including management and execution of all marketing assets


Project/Artwork Coordinator

● Establish deadlines and drive routing process from beginning to completion for all design projects
● Work with Creative team to create physical or digital mockups as needed
● Deliver artwork to printing vendors and manage library of proofs and retains



● Bachelor’s Degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or Public Relations
● 1+ years experience in a professional organization (retail product a plus)
● Strong writing/editing skills: projects will include memos, creative newsletter articles, editing artwork jobs for grammar and punctuation, participating in product naming brainstorming sessions, and more
● Present detailed spreadsheets in Excel and create impactful PowerPoint Presentations
● Highly organized with a “self-starter” working style


● Comfortable with public speaking
● Graphic Design training or natural abilities (InDesign or Illustrator)
● Beauty/grooming, fashion-related and/or luxury goods interest or knowledge
