TITLE:  Manager, International Business

LOCATION:  Carrollton, TX


  • • Assures the development and achievement of annual sales and margin budget for International Division. 
  • • Leads thoughtful creation of detailed growth strategies and marketing plans for key distributors, including leading the product launch process as appropriate for each market. 
  • • Acts as the key liaison with the internal product development team to ensure that product plans are tailored to achieve an on time and successful launch in each market.  Leads detailed communication with markets regarding launch plans and actively manages timeline to hit milestone dates.
  • • Develops detailed plans for collateral and support material creation with internal creative team to ensure distributors have the right tools and information to drive sales and properly represent Jack Black.
  • • Leads development of profitable distributor pricing model and manages all aspects pricing analysis and updates; i.e. regional competitive analysis, currency fluctuations, special promotions, etc. Makes recommendations to optimize distributor pricing and brand performance 
  • • Masters a good working knowledge of regulatory requirements for key markets and assures the Company properly executes all aspects of regulatory requirements, product registration processes and packaging regulations in international markets.


  • • Plan annual sales, margin and expense budgets and manage monthly forecast process.
  • • Manage multiple projects and tasks at once, with strong attention to detail.
  • • Drive growth by analyzing markets and developing strategies to capitalize on opportunities.
  • • Facilitate open communication with distributors to grow relationships and share knowledge.
  • • Market visits to experience local retail and distributor operations to understand their strategies, business models and needs.
  • • Act as a liaison on behalf of all distributors in areas of shipping, finance, marketing, product development and inventory control.
  • • Collaborate with internal and external marketing/creative teams to ensure consistent marketing communication and execution.
  • • Work with the product team to ensure that product assortments and new product launches meet market needs.
  • • Collaborate with Director in overseeing production forecast and ensuring proper stock levels particularly in European warehouse.


  • • Bachelors Degree – Business and/or Marketing related.
  • • 5+ years marketing, sales management, business development or related work experience a must.
  • • Experience in the beauty/cosmetic industry preferred.
  • • Strong brand marketing and visual marketing skills.
  • • Able to understand and communicate across diverse cultures
  • • Strong collaboration and partnering skills, internally and externally.
  • • Ability to travel internationally (over 30%, domestic and international)
  • • Second language, preferred.
