Position Overview

The Digital Marketing Specialist – Demand Generation will be responsible for driving traffic to the Jack Black website to support e-commerce revenue goals.

Job Responsibilities

• Develops and implements traffic-driving initiatives that drive sales online and increase overall brand awareness. Programs will include but are not limited to search engine marketing, affiliate marketing, display advertising, content marketing, and SEO.
• Monitor and optimize all programs; develop reports and deliver to the team.
• Manages the relationship with applicable agencies and partners.
• Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to develop landing pages and other site content that supports traffic-driving initiatives.
• Manage campaign creation and development including strategy, timing, budget, assets, and overall performance benchmarks.
• KPIs for this position include site traffic, site conversion, and ROI on cost per acquisition.
• Support the Digital Marketing Manager on other digital projects.
• Stays current on digital marketing trends and best-practices, identifies new engagement opportunities, and constantly brings new ideas to the table.
• Support other marketing initiatives as needed.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in advertising, marketing, journalism, or related field.
• 3+ years experience in SEM, digital media buys, or other applicable traffic-driving digital position.
• Highly analytical; experience developing reports and making recommendations based on data.
• Great attention to detail and ability to think strategically.
• Beauty/grooming, fashion-related and/or luxury goods interest.
• Positive attitude and a team player.
• Great flexibility and adaptability.
