The JUST JACK CLASSIC MOJITO
½ ounce lime juice (squeeze fresh)
1 teaspoon superfine sugar
3 mint leaves
2 ounces white rum**
½ ounce club soda or seltzer
Lime slices for garnish
In a cocktail glass, muddle the lime juice with sugar. Add the mint leaves and mush them against the side of the glass. Fill the glass 2/3 with cracked ice and pour in the rum. Garnish with lime slice and top off with club soda or seltzer. Enjoy responsibly. **For a cool, refreshing, non-alcoholic treat, simply leave out the white rum and enjoy!
