Auto Replenishment FAQ

Auto Replenishment is the best way to ensure you don’t run out of your favorite Jack Black products at the most inopportune times (isn’t that how it always happens?). Look and feel your best with a steady supply of your favorite products delivered straight to your door. Replenish and then relax. Plus, enjoy deluxe samples and free standard shipping on all orders.

It’s simple. Select the products you want to replenish and then choose a schedule that best suits your needs. We'll take it from there. You can always make changes to your selected products and frequency through your Jack Black account. We will send you an email reminder before every shipment and you can easily cancel any order up to 24 hours before the next order date.

Joining Jack Black Auto Replenishment is simple. When adding a product to your cart from the product page, select the Auto Replenishment option and select your desired frequency. You can also set up a product for Auto Replenishment from the cart – again, just select your desired frequency and then check out as usual.

After you join, you will receive an email confirming your subscription. Your Auto Replenishment orders will be placed automatically according to your selected frequency, and you will be billed on the day an order is shipped. Prior to each order, we will send you an email reminder. You will also receive email notifications regarding other important information related to your Auto Replenishment account, such as confirmation when an order is placed successfully or informing you of any necessary changes to your shipment.

Once you’ve subscribed, your Auto Replenishment account is easy to manage. Visit the ‘Auto Replenishment’ page located in ‘My Account’ to change your next order date, skip an order, change your selected frequency, or cancel a subscription. Please allow up to 24 hours for modifications or cancellations to be processed.

If you need your order to arrive sooner or later than scheduled, simply visit the ‘Auto Replenishment’ page located in ‘My Account.’ You will see your next scheduled order under the ‘Upcoming Orders’ section. Click the ‘Change Date’ button and select the new date for your order. This will change the order date for the entire order. You can also select the 'Send Now' option to ship your order within the next 24 hours.

If you would like to remove a single item from your upcoming order, click the 'Remove Item From This Shipment' button next to the individual item you would like to remove.

To skip an order, please click the ‘Skip Order’ button to skip the entire order. Your next shipment will be scheduled according to your subscription preferences.

You can also change the next order date for any individual item from the 'Auto Replenishment' section located in your account.

To change the delivery frequency, visit the 'Upcoming Orders' section of your 'Auto Replenishment' account. Simply click the frequency drop-down menu next to the subscription item you would like to modify and select your desired frequency.

It's easy to cancel a subscription, and there is never an obligation to continue. Changes to orders can be made up to 24 hours before the next scheduled order shipment date. To cancel an Auto Replenishment item, please visit the 'Upcoming Orders' section of your 'Auto Replenishment' account and click the ‘Cancel Subscription’ button under the item's frequency. You’ll be prompted to confirm this action and indicate your reason for cancelling. Once you’ve selected ‘Cancel,’ your subscription will be cancelled and no future orders will be placed. You will also receive an email notification confirming this. You may reactivate your subscription at any time from the 'Inactive Subscriptions' section of your 'Auto Replenishment' account.

Please allow up to 24 hours for modifications or cancellations to be processed.

To review or modify your Auto Replenishment account information, visit ‘Auto Replenishment’ located within 'My Account.' You can view and change your shipping address or payment information. Options to update billing and shipping information are located below each order in the 'Upcoming Orders' section.

Please remember to press 'Save Changes' and verify that your updated information saved successfully. Please allow up to 24 hours for modifications or cancellations to be processed.

Orders will be billed to the credit card or deducted from the debit card on the day the order is shipped. You may cancel any order up to 24 hours before the next order date.

Orders will be shipped to you within 24 hours of your next scheduled order date. All Jack Black Auto Replenishment orders are shipped with free standard shipping. You can view and modify the next order date for an individual item under the 'Upcoming Orders' section of your 'Auto Replenishment' account.

For each product that is eligible for Auto Replenishment, the recommended order frequency is based on daily usage unless otherwise specified in the product’s use instructions. For products that we recommend be used only a couple of times a week, the recommended replenishment time frame is based on weekly usage.

For example, we recommend you use facial cleanser, facial moisturizer, body cleanser, and antiperspirant, among others, on a daily basis. On the other hand, targeted treatments like Power Peel Multi-Acid Resurfacing Pads or Face Buff Energizing Scrub need only be used 2 - 4 days per week. The recommended frequency for all Auto Replenishment items assumes that you are using the product according to the product’s instructions, whether that be daily, weekly or otherwise.
