Major responsibilities

  • · Co-manage Continia the order entry software , assist with order entry and processing of specialty orders.
    · Assist in answering the telephone during high call times including outgoing calls to customers.
    · Manage existing house accounts by communicating directly with the owner/buyer. Ability to sell-in new products and update customers on discontinued items.
    · Complete new account setup forms, vendor portal setup/maintenance and new item templates.
    · Prepare, manage and track all elements needed to support in-store events including trainings.
    · Work with planning and warehouse team to communicate any out of stocks or inventory updates pertaining to specialty pre-pack orders; POP’s, inserts, fixtures, brochures, etc.
    · Help prepare Excel sales presentations, Power Point presentations and pricing set-up spreadsheets.
    · Manage master calendar for various events and specialty gift/spa shows.
    · Work with Sales/Marketing team to prepare assortment plans to be presented during sales meetings. Assortment plans include information such as; image of product, wholesale cost/suggested MSRP, style number, item description, UPC, product dimensions and availability date.
    · Support Sales Manager in the management of department store accounts including Beauty Brands, Belk,Von Maur Military accounts and website accounts.
    · Manage select in-house accounts over phone and visit local accounts.



  • ·1-2 years relevant work experience. Must have college degree.
    · Must be detail oriented, accurate, organized and efficient.
    · Ability to work independently as well as support cross functional teams.
    · Manages several projects with multiple timelines.
    · Complete tasks with strict deadlines and recognize when sense of urgency is required.
    · Ability to interact with employees at all levels within the company.
    · Great customer service skills, communication verbally and writing professionally.
    · Advanced MS Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
