Order Processing

+  Orders received Monday through Friday will be processed within 24 hours of receipt. (Processing time does not include weekend days or holidays)
+  Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.
+  Orders placed with Priority shipping (Overnight or 2nd Day Service) will be processed the same day if received by 10:30 AM, CST.
+  Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays).

Priority Shipping**

2ND Day Service – add $15.00 to the Standard Shipping charges.

Overnight Service - add $35.00 to the Standard Shipping charges.
All orders of $150 or more shipped via Priority Overnight Service will require a receipt signature upon delivery.

Please Note: For priority shipping requests on orders containing 33 oz. Beard Lube Conditioning Shave, 33 oz. All Over Wash or 33 oz. Turbo Wash, priority shipping charges will be applied as follows:

2nd Day Service – add $25 to the Standard Shipping Charges

Overnight Service – add $50 to the Standard Shipping Charges

In compliance with U.S. Department of Transportation rules, restricted items such as fragrance must be delivered via standard ground shipping and cannot be shipped via 2nd day air or next day air. If priority shipping is selected upon check out, all other products in the order will ship as selected and the fragrance(s) will ship separately via ground at no extra charge. Additionally, fragrances cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or APO/FPO addresses.

 **Priority service is NOT available for APO/FPO shipments.

Canada

International Shipping

At the present time, Jack Black does not ship to addresses outside the 50 United States and U.S. territories. (This does not apply to military addresses, Jack Black does ship to APO/FPO locations).

US Territories and APO/FPO Locations

Customer orders shipping to APO/FPO locations and U.S. territories including Puerto Rico, Guam and the U.S. Virgin Islands, will ship via the U.S. Postal Service, so shipping times may vary.

Method of Shipping

All orders, unless priority shipment is specified or otherwise noted above, will ship via either US Postal Service Ground or UPS Ground. Orders to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO locations and U.S. territories will ship via US Postal Service.
