How will Jack Black eGift Certificates be delivered?
eGift Certificates are delivered via email and reach their recipient within 24 hours if there are no issues with the order. This excludes holidays and weekends, when it may take more than 24 hours to process an order. The sender's name is included for the recipient.
How much does delivery cost?
There are no shipping charges for email delivery of the eGift Certificate.

eGift Certificates can only be redeemed at getjackblack.com or by calling 1- 877-766-3388.
How do I redeem my Jack Black eGift Certificate?
Visit getjackblack.com and select the items you want to purchase and click “Checkout.”
On the billing page, enter your eGift Certificate code, along with a valid credit card.
When the amount of your order is less than the value on your Jack Black eGift Certificate, your credit card will not be charged. Any unused balance will remain on your eGift Certificate.
When the total amount of your order exceeds the total value on your eGift Certificate, your credit card will be charged the remaining balance. All of the value on your eGift Certificate will be used first before any amount is charged to your credit card.
Only one Jack Black eGift Certificate may be used per order.
If you have active Jack Black promo code, it may be used with your eGift Certificate purchase.
Sales Tax
No sales tax is charged when a Jack Black eGift Certificate is purchased.
Purchases paid for with a Jack Black eGift Certificate are subject to applicable sales tax.
Returns and Exchanges
If you wish to return products purchased with an eGift Certificate we can offer you a product exchange for equal or lesser value. Please note, we do not offer refunds for products purchased with an eGift Certificate. Please see our Customer Care section for more information about returns and exchanges.

Terms & Conditions
Jack Black eGift Certificates are redeemable for merchandise, cannot be redeemed for cash, have a two year expiration date and no service fees.
Jack Black has the right, in addition to any other available remedies, to close customer accounts or require alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained Jack Black eGift Certificate is redeemed or sought to be redeemed.
