Mr. Fix It® Antimicrobial Wound Rescue Silver Gel

A crystal-clear, antimicrobial wound gel containing 55ppm Silver to quickly heal wounds, scrapes, burns and abrasions.

Antibacterial vs. Antimicrobial
Antibacterial ointments destroy bacteria and germs by interrupting their growth or stopping their ability to reproduce. The downside is that antibacterials are not always effective against bacterial mutations, because these mutations can become drug resistant. Silver, however, is antimicrobial, NOT an antibacterial. Silver kills bacteria physically and therefore can kill a wider range of bacteria, including those that become drug resistant, plus it is effective in killing fungus, mold and other microorganisms.
